Light and Crisp with a Citrus tones. The heat of the High Plains gives this wine tropical fruit flavors and lower acidity than Albariño from cooler regions, and we like that just fine.

East Texas is a rough place, but Black Spanish can tough it out. So say good-bye too weak pink wine. This Rosè has a Port like nose and a clean fruit finish.

The main terms used to describe the color of red wines: purple, ruby, garnet, and tawny. Add an adjective or two and you can cover the whole spectrum. Our nice red blends carry the color and a light refreshing oak finish.

Glamping at the Vineyard

That’s right you can now glamp with us at the vineyard! We have Tent City just behind the main tasting room now. There are 5 tents to choose from and you will get to enjoy days of sipping tasty wine and nights exploring the vineyard and your Tent encampment.

Enjoy a nice campfire and some smore’s while the group plays cornhole and other fun games. There is a nice grill available for you to grill out on and take to the tent for a unique dining experience only available in the Texas Wine Country!

Or simply kick your boots off on the porch and enjoy a bottle of some 12 FIRES wine while watching the beautiful sunsets! The choice is up to you!

PHASE I TASTING

CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION THIS INITIAL TASTING ROOM IS LOCATED AT THE TIP OF THE VINEYARD. COMPLETION IS SLATED FOR SOMETIME IN 2021. THIS WILL HOUSE THE TASTINGS UNTIL THE PHASE 3 TASTING - EVENT CENTER IS COMPLETED.

GUESTS WILL LOVE THE ADVANTAGE OF STAYING ON SITE FOR A COMFORTABLE WEEKEND OF WINE AND FUN WITH OUR 12 BUNGALOS THAT WILL BEGIN CONSTRUCTION IN 2021. LOCATED SOUTH OF THE PHASE 1 TASTING ROOM IN OUR BEUTIFUL AND RELAXING OAK GROVE.

IN THE CENTER OF THE VINEYARD WILL BE THE MAIN PROMENADE WHERE ALL OF THE LEGACY CLUB MEMBERS PLAQUES WILL BE LOCATED. ONE PLAQUE FOR EACH ROW WHERE YOU CAN HAVE A GLASS BY YOUR VERY OWN ROW OF MOURVÈDRE OR ALBARIÑO.

PHASE II

PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION WILL CONSIST OF THE WINERY PRODUCTION FACILITY AND A BARREL STORAGE CAVE. CRUSH PAD IS LOCATED ON THE TOP OF THE DRIVEWAY GIVING THE ADVANTAGE OF A GRAVITY FLOW SYSTEM THAT CAN PRODUCE A MORE SOPHISTICATED TASTING WINE.

THE PHASE 3 TASTING ROOM WILL HAVE ALL THE EMENITIES OF AN EVENT CENTER, TASTING ROOM, PRIVATE TASTING ROOMS, AND A BARREL STORAGE CAVE. MULTIPLE OUTDOOR SEATING AREAS WILL BE LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE VINEYARD FOR VIEWING PLEASURE. THIS WILL BE A STAPLE IN THE TEXAS HILL COUNTRY WHEN COMPLETED.

PHASE III

GRAND TASTING

LOCATED BELOW THE PHASE 3 TASTING AREA WILL BE A TASTING ROOM IN THE CAVE THAT ALSO LEADS TO THE MAIN EVENT CENTER AND MEMBERS VIRANDA. TASTINGS IN THE CAVE WILL BE AN EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE AND GIVE EVERYONE SOMETHING TO TALK ABOUT.
